Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
8 oz noodles (such as egg noodles or rice noodles)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Crushed red pepper flakes, for garnish
Vegetable oil, for cooking
Recipe Directions
Step 1: Cook the Noodles
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Set aside.
