Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
3. Assemble Sliders: Slice slider rolls in half, spread cream cheese mixture, add chopped ham, and top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
4. Bake: Brush tops with melted butter, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
