Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin.
Cook the Noodles:
Boil the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and cut each noodle into thirds, creating small squares that will fit into the muffin tin. (Alternatively, use wonton wrappers to skip this step.)
Prepare the Meat Sauce:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage over medium heat, breaking it up with a spatula. Once cooked through, drain any excess fat.
Add the marinara sauce to the cooked meat, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat.
