Luxurious Chocolate Caramel Pecan Cake 🌟

1️⃣ Prepare the Cake:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans.

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture. Beat on medium speed until well combined.

Reduce the mixer speed to low and carefully add the boiling water to the batter. Mix until smooth.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean. Allow cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from the pans and cool completely on a wire rack.

2️⃣ Assemble the Cake:
Place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread ½ cup of caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup of chopped pecans and 1/3 cup of shredded coconut.

Place the second cake layer on top and repeat the process: Spread with ½ cup of caramel sauce, and sprinkle with 1/3 cup of pecans and 1/3 cup of shredded coconut.

Place the third cake layer on top. Spread the chocolate ganache evenly over the top and sides of the cake. Sprinkle with the remaining pecans and coconut.

Finally, drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
