Life doesn’t get better than this. This is a family favorite of ours, and we never ever need to worry about leftovers! Yum!

2 pounds beef sirloin strips or sliced sirloin steak (can also cube meat)
1 diced or sliced onion
3 sliced or chopped colorful bell peppers
3 minced garlic cloves
3/4 cup beef broth
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions:
1. Place the beef, onions, and bell peppers in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, beef broth, beef bouillon cubes, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, ground ginger, cornstarch, black pepper, and salt. Pour this mixture over the beef and veggies.3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours (or high for 3 hours) or until the beef is tender.
4. Give everything a good stir before serving! Serve the slow cooker pepper steak over rice or noodles. Enjoy your delicious meal!
