Lemon Mousse: The Incredible and Creamy Dessert

200 g icing sugar 1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest 1 lemon

240 gr cold whipped cream Preparation In a bowl,

Add the cream cheese, sugar, salt and then pour in the lemon juice.

Start mixing and add the cream and lemon zest. Continue whisking and serve with the lemon zest.
