I remember my aunts making this, and I thought it was a thing of the past. But guess what? I found it, and it’s even more delicious!

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 ounces) black soybeans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup sugar-free barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
