I bake them every week, apple fritters with 3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt

Sugar as desired
15 g cinnamon
Instructions

First prepare a yeast dough for the apple snails. To do this, take about a teaspoon of the sugar and dissolve it together with the yeast in lukewarm milk. Then mix the butter with the sugar and salt, add the egg and stir in the yoghurt.
Now mix the flour with the baking powder and knead in alternately with the yeast and milk.
Then knead the dough again with your hands until it is smooth and supple and then leave to rest in a bowl, covered, in a warm place for about 50 minutes.
Now wash, peel, core and cut the apples into small cubes.
Now roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured work surface. Preheat the oven to approx. 200 °C top/bottom.

Now melt the butter and spread it on the dough. The remaining butter will be used for later decoration.
Then spread the apple cubes on the dough and sprinkle evenly with the vanilla sugar.
Now roll the dough up tightly lengthways and then cut into slices approx. 3 cm thick. They taste simply heavenly!
Finally, place the slices on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them, and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
The apple rolls should now cool completely afterwards.
Enjoy your meal
