I bake it twice a week, it’s so delicious, ultra juicy apple cake 👌🥰

Here’s how: First, knead the margarine or butter, sugar, eggs, baking powder and flour into a batter.
Now cut the apples into large pieces (depending on the size of the apples, e.g. eighth pieces) and fold them into the batter.
Then put the whole thing into a greased springform pan and smooth it out a little (although that’s easier said than done).
Now bake in a well-preheated oven at 180°C on the bottom rack for about 1 hour.
Then after 45 minutes, spread with plenty of butter and sprinkle with plenty of sugar or cinnamon-sugar mixture. (If the cake starts to brown earlier, just cover it with baking paper for the rest of the baking time).
Fantastic, super moist and goes great with whipped cream. It may seem that there are too many apples in relation to the dough, but don’t worry.
The dough finds its way through the apples and actually only serves as a form for holding the apples together. Enjoy your meal
