After a bustling weekday, there’s nothing quite like the comfort of a home-cooked meal that’s both delicious and easy to whip up. That’s why I adore these honey mustard pork chops! Pork chops are a fantastic choice for a quick yet satisfying dinner, and adding a honey mustard glaze gives them a delightful balance of sweetness and tanginess. This dish is a hit in my house and I think it’ll be in yours too, especially when you’re looking for something that feels a little special without too much fuss.
These honey mustard pork chops pair wonderfully with a variety of sides. For a hearty meal, I love serving them with garlic mashed potatoes or a warm rice pilaf. Honey Mustard Pork Chops

4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon butter
