How to make ketchup at home without chemicals

Instructions:
1 Cook the Base – In a pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
2 Blend & Strain – Blend the mixture until smooth, then strain for a silky texture (optional).
3 Season & Simmer – Return to the pot, add vinegar, honey, salt, and spices. Simmer on low for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4 Cool & Store – Let it cool, then store in a clean glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
