Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli 🍲

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until tender but still crisp. Remove from the skillet and set aside with the shrimp and sausage.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the shrimp, sausage, and broccoli to the skillet, tossing them in the sauce to coat evenly.
Serve immediately over cooked rice if desired.
