Preheat oven to 420 F.
Lay the sliced tomatoes and garlic in the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Roast for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool for few minutes. Peel the skin. Blend it in the food processor or immersion blender until creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste. Ready to use as pasta sauce or pizza sauce. Enjoy!
