Homemade chicken fries:

Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, about the size of french fries.
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and water.
Place the bread crumbs in a third shallow dish.
Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Dip the floured chicken strips into the egg mixture, then coat them with the bread crumbs. Press the bread crumbs onto the chicken strips to ensure they adhere well.

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to about 350°F (175°C).
Fry the breaded chicken strips in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
Remove the chicken fries with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve
