Homemade cheese cubes with black pepper

Ingredients:
1 liter of whole milk
2 tablespoons of white vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of dried herbs (oregano, thyme, basil or a mixture of Provencal herbs)
1 teaspoon of crushed black pepper
A cheesecloth or a clean tea towel to filter
Preparation steps:
Heat the milk
In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it simmers (around 90°C). Stir regularly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
