Let’s take a bowl and pour into the flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and then little to the volt we also add the oil and water.
We mix well until we create a smooth and homogeneous dough. We fasten and then create a ball of dough to let rise indoors 15 minutes covered with a sheet of plastic wrap or a damp cloth.
Now let’s take a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle it with extra virgin olive oil. We’re gonna cut the pizza on the paper and get it on the pan. With our fingers we create the edge of our pizza then we stuff with tomato sauce, salt, oregano and of course, the mozzarella cut into cubes.
We provide at 200oC for 20 minutes until you have completely cooked. Eat it warm to enjoy the goodness of the streamlined mozzarella and the crunchiness of our homemade pizza!
