Method of Preparation
Kneading the Dough
To start, pour the flour into a bowl, creating a small well in the center. Pour warm milk into the well and add yeast and sugar. Allow the yeast to dissolve for about 20 minutes. Next, mix in yogurt, butter, egg yolks, salt, vanilla sugar, and lemon zest. Knead the dough briefly, cover it, and let it rise for 30 to 45 minutes.

Shaping and Filling
Once the dough has risen, grease a pan and spread the dough inside. Divide the dough into 24 squares and place a teaspoon of jam in the center of each square. Shape the dough into rolls and let them rest for another 45 minutes.
