Healthy Air Fryer Parmesan Chicken with Broccoli

Preheat Air Fryer:

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Breading:

In a shallow dish, mix panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
In another shallow dish, beat the egg.
Bread Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Cook Chicken:

Place the breaded chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C).
Prepare Broccoli:

While the chicken is cooking, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook Broccoli:

After the chicken is done, remove it from the air fryer and set aside.
Add the broccoli to the air fryer basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
Serve:

Serve the Parmesan chicken with the air-fried broccoli and lemon wedges on the side.
