Green Onion Crackers

Knead Dough: Briefly knead the dough to mix in the green onions and sesame seeds.

Rest Dough
Rest Dough: Cover the dough with cling wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll Out Dough
Roll Out Dough: After 30 minutes, place the dough on a sheet of baking paper. Cover it with another sheet of baking paper and press lightly with your hands. Use a rolling pin to spread the dough out into a rectangular shape. The thinner the dough, the crispier the crackers will be.

Cut and Poke Dough
Cut Dough: Cut the sides of the dough with a crinkle cut knife to make it look nice.

Cut into Pieces: Cut the dough into bite-size pieces.

Poke Dough: Poke each piece with a fork to prevent them from puffing up during baking.
