Greek yogurt cake without flour with 50 g pudding powder

400 g Greek yogurt
50 g pudding powder
5 eggs
80 g xylitol or other sugar substitute
Zest of a large organic lemon
Pulp of a vanilla pod
1 tsp cream of tartar

Preparation
So, my dears, first preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
Then line a square baking pan with baking paper so that no cake residue sticks later.
Next, separate the 5 eggs. Then beat the egg white until fluffy and whisk the egg yolk with the xylitol. Add the yoghurt, vanilla and lemon zest to the egg yolk mixture.
