Grandpa took one bite, smiled, and said, ‘This is the best thing you’ve ever made.’

Ingredient Quantity
Warm milk ⅓ cup (about 110°F)
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp (plus more for brushing)
Instructions:
Mix Dough: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add the warm milk and melted butter. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Knead: Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough for about 5 minutes, or until it becomes smooth. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time.
First Rise: Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in size.
Shape Rolls: Once the dough has risen, punch it down gently to release the air. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball. Place the rolls in a small greased baking dish or pan.
Second Rise: Cover the baking dish again and let the rolls rise for another 20-30 minutes, or until they look puffy.
Bake: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden brown on top.
Finish: As soon as you take the rolls out of the oven, brush them with melted butter while they are still warm. Serve immediately and enjoy!
