Preparation:
1. Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Mold
Preheat your oven to Th. 6 (180°C). This step is crucial for even cooking.
Generously butter a cake tin about 24 cm in diameter. You can also line it with baking paper to make it easier to unmold.
2. Prepare the Pears
Peel the pears: Use a peeler to gently remove the skin.
Cut them into slices: Slice each pear into thin strips (about 1 cm thick).
