Procedure
1. Preparation of the dough:
– Pour 340 ml warm water into a bowl and add 60 ml vegetable oil.
– Add 10 g dry yeast and mix until the yeast is completely dissolved.
– Add 600 g flour and 8 g salt to the bowl. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

2. Dough processing:

– Lightly grease the table with vegetable oil.
– Place the dough on the table and knead until a soft and uniform consistency.
– Grease a bowl with oil, put the dough in it, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

3. Forming bread:
– After 1 hour, divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
– Form balls from each piece of dough.
– Flatten the balls lightly with the palm of your hand.

4. Final rising and cooking:
– Cover the dough balls and let them rise for another 20 minutes.
– Spray a little water on the risen balls and dust them with a little flour.
– Make small cuts in the surface of the balls with a knife.
– Preheat the oven to 180Β°C and bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

5. Cooling and serving:
– Let the bread cool completely before cutting it.
– The bread is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
