150g cane sugar or coconut sugar

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
240ml plant-based milk (e.g. almond milk, oat milk or soy milk)
80ml coconut oil, melted (or other neutral vegetable oil)
1 tsp Applesweet
1 tsp Vanilla extract
