2. Cooking:
Pour the dough into the prepared mold and spread evenly.
Place in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre is clean.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into parts.
For finishing (optional):
A simple icing with icing (mix 100 g of icing sugar with 2 tablespoons of water or lemon juice).
Decorate with pieces of candied ginger or walnut splinters for a festive touch.
