German Chocolate Brownies with Coconut-Pecan Frosting

Directions:
1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and line with parchment paper.
2 In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder until smooth.
3 Add both sugars and mix until well combined.
4 Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
5 Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the saucepan and stir until just combined.
6 Fold in the coconut, pecans, and chocolate chips.
7 Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
8 Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
9 Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
