Instructions
Step 1: Brown the Beef
✔ Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. ✔ Add ground beef, cook until browned (5–7 minutes). ✔ Stir in garlic, cook 1 more minute.
Step 2: Cook the Rice
✔ Add rice, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika, stirring to combine. ✔ Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer for 15–18 minutes until rice is tender.
Step 3: Make it Creamy
✔ Stir in heavy cream, cheddar & parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth & melted.
Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
✔ Garnish with fresh parsley, serve hot.
