Ingredients:
300 gr champignon
3 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of soy sauce
Garlic
Salt and pepper
Water
Breadcrumbs
Oil to fry
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, soy sauce, grated garlic, salt, pepper and water.
Clean the mushrooms and put them into the batter.
Then pass the mushrooms into the breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil.
