Forget French fries… and impress your kids with this light, quick and very healthy recipe 🤗

Method
Peel the potatoes and insert a wooden skewer into each potato and cut it into a spiral shape as shown in the pictures. Brush it with oil with a brush and mix the salt and all the spices together and sprinkle on the potatoes. Arrange them on a baking sheet covered with butter paper. Put them in the oven for 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and decorate with parsley leaves as desired
And serve as a snack instead of chips or as a side dish with kofta or chicken. It is crunchy and tastes very delicious. The kids will love it very much
