Simply remove the outer leaves of the Chinese cabbage, quarter the cabbage lengthways and then rinse under running water and cut the quarters into strips.
Now peel the onion and clean the peppers. Then dice the onions very finely and then cut the peppers into slightly coarser cubes. Drain the corn and peas separately.
At night, alternately layer Chinese cabbage, onions and sausage, peppers as well as peas and corn in a salad bowl.
Then mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and a little sugar and pour over the layered vegetables.
Let the salad, covered, sit in the fridge overnight.
Finally, take the salad out of the fridge. Finally sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bon appetite!
