Filo Pull-Apart Bread 🥖✨

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan or pie dish.
Lay one sheet of filo pastry on a clean surface and brush it with melted butter. Place another filo sheet on top and butter it as well. Repeat this process until you have a stack of 3 buttered filo sheets.
Sprinkle a thin layer of chopped pistachios evenly over the filo sheet.
Roll the filo tightly from the short edge to create a log. Cut the log into smaller rolls (about 2 inches wide).
Place the rolls upright into the greased pan, arranging them in a circular pattern. Repeat the process with the remaining filo sheets and pistachios until your pan is full.
Bake:

Once the rolls are arranged in the pan, brush the tops generously with the remaining melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the filo is golden and crispy.
Add Syrup:

Once the rolls are baked, remove from the oven and immediately pour the cooled syrup over the hot filo rolls. Make sure the syrup seeps into all the rolls.
Allow the rolls to sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the syrup.
Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with extra chopped pistachios on top for added crunch and presentation.
Serve the filo rolls slightly warm or at room temperature. Enjoy these sweet, nutty delights!
