2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, celery, onion, parsley, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
3. Gradually add the chicken broth until the mixture is moist but not overly wet.
4. Shape the mixture into balls that are about 1 inch in diameter.
5. Arrange the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the balls are golden brown and cooked through.
