Fantastic apple sour cream cake ready for the oven in 10 minutes

First beat the sugar with butter and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Then stir in the eggs and finally mix in the flour with the baking powder. Spread the dough into a greased springform pan.
Now finely peel the apples, cut them into small pieces and press them lightly into the dough.
Now pre-bake the cake at 190°C for 10 minutes.
Then mix the sugar, eggs and sour cream into a glaze and pour it over the cake after the 10 minutes of pre-baking.
Bake the cake for another 40 minutes. It’s so delicious!
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
