Preparation Steps

Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and enough milk to achieve a thick but pourable consistency.

Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan and smooth it out evenly.
Arrange the apple quarters in a ring shape on top of the batter.

Bake:
Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan).
