– 1 cup soaked and boiled chickpeas
– 3 tablespoons corn
– Half a red bell pepper
– Half a green bell pepper
– Green onions
– Parsley
– Lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon vinegar
– Cumin
– 1 tablespoon olive oil (added at the end)
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together well, and add the olive oil at the end.
