Eggplant rolls: a quick and easy main course!

Wash the eggplants πŸ† and cut them lengthwise into thin slices (approx. 0.5 cm).
Sprinkle the slices with salt and let them stand for 15 minutes to remove the bitter taste. Then rinse and dry with kitchen paper.
