Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead well or put them in a machine and let them knead. Now let the dough rise at room temperature for at least an hour.
After the dough has risen well, knead it well again. Then divide it into three equal-sized pieces and roll it out into a round shape. In the meantime, preheat the oven to the highest top/bottom heat setting.
Lightly grease a baking tray. Push the baking tray onto the highest rack and heat it up. As soon as the oven is at the right temperature, place the dough on the hot baking tray and bake for 5 – 7 minutes. The bread will puff up like you would expect from your kebab shop.
