Delicious homemade bread in 6 minutes. Ideal for selling!

In a large glass bowl, mix the salt and sugar. Add the vegetable oil and yogurt, and mix well. Pour in the milk and stir until the mixture is completely homogeneous.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix with a spoon until the dough becomes sticky. Knead with your hands for 10 minutes or more. The dough should be smooth, with a great texture, and should not come loose from your hands. The dough is now ready to rest for 20 minutes to rise. If you let the dough rest, it will rise and have a fluffier texture. The dough needs to rest so that the yeast can act and leaven the dough, making it double in size.
Once it has rested, knead the dough again and divide it into 12 equal parts. Shape each part into a ball and set it aside on a board sprinkled with flour.
Using a rolling pin, take the balls one by one and open them, leaving them round and very thin.
Place them in the pan you are going to bake.
It’s time to preheat the oven and get ready to bake some delicious loaves of bread! First, you’ll need to line your baking pan with parchment paper or grease it with oil and flour.
