1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermometer 6-7).
2. In a salad bowl, mix flour, yeast and salt.
3. In another salad bowl, create a creamy mixture with brown sugar and butter.
4. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
6. Add chocolate chips or chopped nuts if you like.
7. Cover an oven plate with sulfurized paper.
8. Make dough balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
9. Spread the balls lightly with a fork
10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
