Delicious and Healthy Spinach and Cheese Savory Bake

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish (8×8 inches or similar) with olive oil or butter.

If using fresh spinach, lightly sauté it in a non-stick pan with a splash of water for 2–3 minutes until wilted. Drain any excess liquid and set aside.
For frozen spinach, thaw completely and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
