1. Start by cooking your pasta. Boil it according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set it aside.
2. Next, let’s prepare the chicken. Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook them in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and fully cooked through. Once done, remove them from the skillet and set them aside.
3. In the same skillet, throw in the mushrooms and sauté them for about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until it becomes fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce starts to thicken up.
5. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back into the skillet with the sauce. Then, toss in the cooked pasta, mixing everything together until well combined.
6. Finish off by garnishing with some fresh chopped parsley. Serve it hot and enjoy!
