Curd Buns With Powdered Sugar

To enjoy delicious curd buns with powdered sugar, the first thing we must do is crumble the cheese with a fork.

When we have a “paste” we add the lemon zest, a little cinnamon and sugar.

Then we add the heuvos and harian and mix well. We shape the loaves, with our hands sprinkled with a little flour.

In a frying pan we add olive oil and fry the buns until golden, or bake them in the oven, previously preheated to 180º C.

When they cool, sprinkle a little icing sugar on top and serve. Delicious!
