Crumbly and delicate at the same time muffins with raisins

Pour milk and oil into a bowl, break an egg, mix. In a separate container, combine flour with baking powder, granulated sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
Pour the liquid into the loose products, knead the thick dough. Pour raisins into the dough and mix all the ingredients.

Fill the molds with dough, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Readiness can be checked with a wooden skewer.

Leave the cupcakes to cool completely, then remove them from the molds.

Before serving, it is recommended to sprinkle the cupcakes with powdered sugar.
