Steps:
Sliced cream cheese in cubes and let it soften at room temperature at least 30 minutes. Add shredded cheese. Add diced jalapeños, fried bacon, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Mix till combined. Set aside.
In a plate, lay the wontons wraps, diamond ♦️ shapes facing you. Scoop filling using a spoon or a cookie scooper. I use 3 scoops for the smallest size scooper. On the bottom side facing you, roll it once, then put your left hand on the left side, then the right hand on the other side. Holding it tight, then roll towards the end. Brush with water and seal. Repeat the process till done. I finished rolling 8 egg rolls. Set in baking sheet and put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. I don’t want to melt the cheese while frying.
After 30 minutes or so, heat a pan with oil. I use avocado oil. Set to 375F or just between medium and high heat. Make sure you have enough oil to deep fry. Fry the egg rolls till golden brown on both sides. Place on a plate with paper towel. Serve with your favorite sauce. I use horseradish and sriracha sauce. It blends to well. You can also use mayo sriracha! Enjoy!
For the sauce I use:
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
*mix well to combine
