Mix the stuffing ingredients in a bowl. Combine well.
Clean the mushrooms and take out the stems.
Lay in a baking pan. Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of stuffing into the mushrooms. Repeat till done. Sprinkle some shredded Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Broil for 1 minute before serving for a golden finished toppings. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
