Add the condensed milk and whisk until fully incorporated.

Melt the butter or margarine, then add it to the mixture and stir until well blended.

Gradually sift in the flour, mixing gently to avoid lumps and ensure a smooth batter.

Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 30–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool slightly in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
