Creamy Dessert Ice Cake

Instructions:
First, using a mixer, mix the dulce de leche, cream cheese and vanilla essence in a bowl and set aside.

Next, melt the chocolate in the microwave for 60 seconds, add the cream and set aside.

Now crush 110 grams of the cookies to a crumbly texture and mix with the butter.

Use this mixture to line the bottom of a removable cake tin.
Now make two alternating layers with the dulce de leche filling and the cookies soaked in the milk.

Finally, top with the chocolate filling and refrigerate for about 5 hours.
