A delicious dessert that’s perfect for any occasion, ready in less than 10 minutes in the oven!
Ingredients:
240g wheat flour
100g cold butter, cut into cubes
50g sugar
250g cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Crumble dough: In a food processor, mix the flour, butter and sugar until you get a moist crumble. Set aside.
Filling: In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the eggs until you get a smooth cream. Add the sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Assembly: In a greased baking dish, place a layer of the crumble mixture. Cover with the cream cheese and the berries on top. Finish with the remaining crumble mixture.
Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the mixture is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Serve: Remove from the oven and serve hot or cold.
