1 cup of oats, or 90 grams

How to Follow
Heat oven to preheating temperature.{ Roll out some parchment paper and have your oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (360 degrees Fahrenheit).
Combine the Dry Mixtures: One cup of oats, fifty grams of cranberries, the zest of one lemon, quarter cup of chopped walnuts, and quarter cup of chopped dates should be mixed together in a big basin. Be sure to mix well.
