350 g Cooked pumpkin
200 g Corn kernels
1 medium onion
1 tbsp Sugar
as needed Oil
150 g Ham
50 g Cornstarch
5 Eggs

Step by step

First we are going to clean the pumpkins, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Place them in a baking dish.
We also peel the onion and cut it into four without reaching the base. Separate the layers slightly, place them on aluminum foil and sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle with a little oil, close the packet and put it in the oven with the pumpkins. Cook in a hot oven until tender.
*Optionally, you can sautΓ© the onion in a pan with a little oil
